What You Can Expect At Your First Consultation Most visits begin with a detailed assessment of your past and current health history, your dietary and lifestyle practices, and other factors related to your health issues.   Please understand that as Traditional Herbalist I do not diagnose, but rather after listening to your health concerns, educate and recommend.  With your involvement, we develop an integrated health program that addresses your specific needs, looking at the whole person, not just the dis-ease. Herbal recommendations can involve varying forms of preparations such as teas, extracts, aromatherapy, flower essences, capsules, or culinary herbs.
